No, we are full-service deck builder in Brisbane and have expert designers and engineers who we work with regularly. We work with you to design and engineer the deck you’ve envisioned and provide advice. If you’ve already got plans or approvals though, we’re also happy to work with those.

This depends on the size, height and distance from the boundary of your property. After a site visit, we’ll let you know if your project requires council approval and organise this for you to take the hassle out of your hands.

Yes, Deck Boys is a fully licenced, deck builder in Brisbane and each job is also completely insured individually. If electrical, plumbing and other contracted works are needed, we make sure to engage only quality, trusted trades that we work with regularly who also carry their own insurance.

Seamless & Reliable Building Process
Site Visit
After you contact us, we will schedule a site meeting to talk through the vision and space for your build. We will provide samples of products and give advice on designs and custom solutions.
Initial Quote
Based on the site meeting we will provide you with an initial quote and options for your build. There is no cost for your site visit and quote.
Final Quote
If you have any changes or add on from the original quote, we will issue the final quote and contract for signing.
Drawings
Once the signed building contract is received, we will engage our draftsman to draw up your plans (if council approvals are required) and make any changes together. Or you can share plans you’ve already acquired yourself. We will also engage our engineer if needed.
Approvals
Once finalised, we will send your plans for approval with our building certifier (if required) and arrange insurance for your job.
Construction
Now that the plans have been approved, we can start building! We work efficiently to build your space within schedule and to budget, without compromising on quality.
Handover
Start planning your deck party! Upon completion, we’ll offer maintenance advice, provide any approval certifications, and leave the site clean and tidy, so you can begin enjoying your new outdoor space.
